had bunkbeds for a while during college. It took about 2 hours initially to learn how to assemble them. The instruction sheet that came with them was somewhat helpful, but a lot of it was simply trial and error on assembly.

If the store that you obtained them from has installers, you might consider calling them. Or call the manufacturers hotline to ask them to walk you through it on the phone. they should have a toll free number.

under NO circumstances should you use the beds until you have verified their assembly to insure that everything is stable.

and insist that there be NO jumping or roughhousing on the beds at any time.

You know, the designers do this on purpose, skinned knuckles, because they failed KG, bump on head, and although that's usually maturity issue, cut on knee from kneeling on a screw, they un-like most people, yelling at top of voice, never get over it.
Let it go for 30 minutes, and then re-read instructions. Did you lay all the parts out? That can help. Keep us posted, maybe we can help.

I had to put a set together for my kids last night. I was finished
before I knew it. If you're not used to putting such things together ask someone for a little help then watch them while they do it. After awhile you won't have to ask for help.
Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
