I believe it is the 1st and 2nd trimesters. 1-6 months, but I am not sure I would ask the dr. Plus if you have high risk pregnancy I would highly suggest consulting the dr. first.

Here is some advice. I flew when I was 7 months pregnant. I had minimal morning sickness the first 3 months and then I was fine. Our plane had been delayed, and I was hungry, so I had an early lunch. Then we got on the plane (four seats across) that was VERY full. The entire trip was turbulent (the only flight I have taken like that, and I've flown about 10 times) and half way to our destination, the person right behind me opened their hot sub from the airport. I knew I was going to be sick but my poor husband had never flown before so he didn't know that there were puke bags, and I couldn't tell him because I was about to throw up. Not very pleasant. So while it is safe (to some degree) to fly up until 8 months, think it through and advise your flying companion of the puke bags.

Yes, it is safe to fly aytime during your pregnancy. My doctor just didn't want me to fly during the last month in case I went into labor. However, when I flew at 7-1/2 months preg, I was awful - the motion sickness was way worse than normal and all turbulance hurt when it giggled my tummy. However, there could be other medical reasons combined with being pregnant that would cause it ti be unwise for you to fly.

Consult your doctor. I believe its safe to fly during pregnancy. I did. I didn't have any problems. I don't think you should fly when you're 8-9months pregnant, you could go into labor early and not be where you'd like to be. My aunt flew from Michigan to Hawaii 8 months pregnant and she didn't have any problems. You should ask your dr what he thinks. Good Luck!
