It sounds like you've been denied access by some form of parental control or your Windows firewall has added some form of denial of these particular protocols. I would firstly suggest that you turn off Windows Firewall (Start>Control Panel>Windows Firewall and set it to disabled (you may need to be logged in as an Administrator to do this). If this doesn't work, you need to see if any other software is disabling your access. You may need to check whether your wireless router (which generally is a firewall in itself if it is also a DSL model) is allowing you access. Check with your hardware manufacturer in that case.

Hope this helps.

There are settings with the router (and within Internet Explorer) which can be set to block specific web sites. Sounds like someone may have blocked you from those sites.

Are you running a Firewall?? Check that first disable the firewall and see if you can get on. Also Make sure your internet explorer settings(go to tools, internet options, advanced and make sure that SSL 2.0, 3.0 are checked.
Well if it works when you disable the firewall then that's obviously the issue and you'll need to reconfigure that to make it work.
