A MIXTURE OF FEELINGS DEPENDING ON WHAT HAPPENED ACTUALLY....
Ashamed
Embarrassed
Ugly
Happy
Joyful
OK
Dirty
Annoyed
Delighted
All the above is applicable....You ve got to address some specifics here to FIT any or other than THE ABOVE NOTED FEELINGS....
Nevertheless, usually, there is a feeling of HIDDEN GUILT inside in case you had to drink a little more than you should have; resulting in a small & bearable mess, but if went a bit too far, then you would have a feeling of self-contempt in case what you done was really outrageous...
You see we cannot have a proper reply unless the Picture is clearer...
WHAT THE BEHAVIOR LOOKED / SOUNDED LIKE....!!!!

With a few wild and crazy exceptions, I'm usually the wall flower no matter how much I drink. I look back at it with a laugh, a shrug, and remember to think up some jokes about it for the next time I'm with the people I went out with.

Well back when I drank heavily I usually woke up , felt like I needed to die, and laid there in bed trying to remember what I did or did not do that could be bad or embarrassing- if I couldn't remember I would call my BF and she would fill in the blanks for me- usually it was mostly embarrassing stuff and after hiding for a day or two I felt okay ! Best way to really find out is to go out and DO IT !

When i was young I thought it was so fun. It was hilarious and my friends found it fun too. Now I'm older(I'm now 30) I don't find it fun anymore. On the odd occasion I did get wasted I just found it embaressing & would cringe at everything I could remember from the night before. I stopped drinking heavily when I was 28. Had a baby when I was 29....life is back to being fun again...Not to say that I regret being young and wasted, its just a stage and it was fun while it lasted.

It all depends on if i made a fool of myself or threw up. Obviously then I would feel embarrased and a little annoyed with myself for drinking too much. But I usually feel fine.

Often, I've felt like I was overbearing or said something foolish. But I've realised these feelings are a reflection of my self-confidence. As I've got more confident, my drunken behaviour has gradually gotten better. I'm also a bit more lenient on myself the next day, even when I have done something I wouldn't normally do.
