I'd say the twilight zone if you cant figure it out on your own !

If the answering people would bother looking at the profile you would see this is the first question that this person has ever asked. Asking questions is an art. Like a location would help immensely.

So no one can ascertain the correct answer. One thing is for sure. Where ever this person lives. There happens to be a lot of fog.

Dude, where are you to start with ?
If you're just with your PC, look up something like http://ip.vtele.info/
to know what country you're in, then check a weather website like http://weather.yahoo.com/ that should give you an accurate local forecast. Are you at sea perhaps?
The concept is interesting though, weather zones, you mean in relation with climate change ? There is a news site also http://www.weatherzone.com/

There's no way to tell without knowing your location. I suggest you look in an atlas with a climate chart, and see what it says about your location. Happy reading!
