the importance of effective communication:-
so that you get the right information and can give an informed response to a question. or so you can make the correct decision to a problem.
if you are talking about it in the aspect of hair and beauty business then it is important that you explain exactly what you are going to do how you are going to do it so that the client knows what you are doing to help eliminate any problems accruing from the treatment and a dis- satisfied client. it is also important that you listen and take not of what the other person is saying so that you can decide how you are going to do things to eliminate possible UN desirable out comes.
I know i waffle but your question was not well communicated as you did not state in what contexts you were using it in.

an effective communication is when like now i'm communicating to ya and you vote my answer as the best.
Plus, should i know that you get my drift, effectiveness has achieved a notch higher.
but to merely achieve effectiveness in communication is, as said, merely sufficient.
Look out for value addedness - and that comes along when this communicating with ya brings a smile to your face :-)
