I think that it was good that a programme was done about it, however there is also the danger that a young girl / woman would have seen the programme and despite the warnings will actually try and follow the diet just so that they can be smaller.
The thing is I reckon that Louise actually was less than a size zero because the dress and least I think that it looked too big for her. However the fact that the American fitness guy told Louise that she looked great and that she didn’t look to thin should have been cut and the fact that at the start of the programme, Louise herself said that she liked that fact that when photographers take photo's of her she knows that they will be airbrushed to make her look good. However I can’t believe how much exercise she had to do, no wonder she was so ill.

i must say thought it was compelling!!! Louise was really brave to do this and did point out that she was doing this under medical supervision whereas most kids/people are not!!!
At first when seen trailers for it - i didn't realise that she was dieting - i thought she was interviewing people with eating disorders and thought a bit rich getting someone petite and slim to do it..... How my opinion changed when found out this and watched programme....
The 2 worst bits were the young girl who said about toothpaste containing calories and also the Midel agent person - saying that the designers want thin people etc.
Quite simply size 0 is not a normal size - o thought that was a 12 or 14 nowadays!!!!
More celebs should be demanding that they will not wear the designers clothes if this is continued!!!!
It is up to everyone to deal with this issue...... we have to take a stand.... If noone buys the stuff then they'll soon realise that the public support cannot be taken for granted!!!! After all as such we are lining their pockets by buying their goods!!!
Come on all sizes of the World unite against this!!!

I preferred the Dawn Porter documentary 'Super Slim Me' where she did exactly the same thing as Louise Redknapp a few weeks ago!
Why is Louise getting all this attention when Dawn did it first, with exactly the same process and results i might add.
Plus Dawn Porter is naturally size 12 and much better looking.

I think she just showed how dangerous and stupid it is and I commend her for doing so, she has a wonderful figure she is small and petite and healthy with it (we all know people are going to be different sizes that is nature but to willing go to a size zero when it can cause that many health problems!! these models need help
And as or the comment the agent made about designers only making these size cloths coz they know they only look good on slimmer willowy girls is crap just goes to show they aren't much good at designing then doesn't it!!!
Why have supermodels different to plus sizes!
Why not have the catwalk for all size models!! size zero to size 20! if the designers can pull that of (having Kate Moss walk down the runway just after (not plus anymore) Sophie Dhal!! surely that would show their worth and class!!

Nothing but self-promotion - she showed her true colours when she let slip that she didn't like seeing a photo of herself not airbrushed! Duhhhhh - not really sending out the right message is it. Problem is most young people haven't heard of Louise Redknapp so she won't be a role model. It looked to me as if she had lost weight for the programme itself - she looked a lot slimmer than she used to be in her heyday - been on a diet has she? She didn't come across as sincere - sounded at times like she was reading from a script. Her dogs looked in desperate need to shed a few pounds.

I think she was very brave for doing the programme, just to show people what can happen to your body when you diet excessively.
I just hope people sit up and take notice, before becoming a size zero takes over obesity.
Well done to Louise.

I thought she was brilliant - i was really impressed with her and her hubby (not to mention the dog). however it was a bit risky - i thought oh no what if she wants to stay that size but a few minutes into the film i saw she was a strong enough person who had a great support network. it really was a frightening show - did you see what was in her trolley???!
