Seville oranges are best as they are bitter and tasty and zesty. Limes is good too. And Rhubarb is good with ginger but that is more of a jam.

Orange is the only one I ever heard of being used for marmalade, of which I am not a fan. I don't care for the marmals.

Limes!!! Trust me, they make devine marmalade!!! So good you'll never go back to oranges!
But that's limes not lemons! That's a whole different rather nasty story!
