Well, that really depends upon where you are located in the world. Trends and popular forms of entertainment vary from region to region. For example, high school football is a very hot topic in several places in the south, whereas here, people could care less if the old Alma Mater is going to do well come fall, or if they have a really promising looking prospect. Further, it wouldn't be prudent to write an article about the current Broadway hits in Idaho--it is not of importance there.

Continuing, you did not mention what type of publication this is for. Certain topics would be accepted in a High School paper or College paper, that the rest of the world could care less about.

Therefore, no one on here can give you an accurate guess, because we do not have any of the necessary facts. What are your peers really talking about now? What would be of great interest to them?--Answer those two questions, and you will be on your way to finding the answer to your question.

The summer blockbusters! You could have fun as being a critic in figuring out which movies will do well and which will be total flops. People like reading predictions like this.

maybe something concerning foods and health of entertainers, people like to read on health of anything so what the entertainers are eating and how there trying to stay healthy besides having personal trainers and all..

Write about anything except Anna Nicole Smith. That story has been done to death. Besides, once someone is in the ground, that should be the end of it.
