Iam working as a contractual teacher in some reputed cbse school. The parents, students and teachers are attracted toward this school by its fake name.It has its branches in almost all the cities of india. There is nothing of the kind of stuff found inside the school which people and employees imagine of and get attracted. The important thing is that the permanant teachers also get similar kind of treatment as that of contractuals. There is no hope as the Principal is totally out of her senses. The most important thing is that noone can complain against her since she and her husband are having their own contacts with various higher officials in this administration. There is noone except God to teach her a lesson. Moreover we cant form an unity against her since almost all the employees are afraid of losing their jobs or almost of increased intensity of torture. She is bigblot on this noble profession. Please guide what to do to bring her on the right track while inservice and while outofservice

There are a couple of steps you can take. Consider talking to a lawyer about filing a harassment suit. It is illegal to take action against an employee who files a valid suit. Making a public suit will often force the business (in this case, the administration) to take action as it can severely tarnish their reputation to keep such an individual on staff. If you can have others file jointly, even better.

You can also try submitting an anonymous letter to the editor of your local newspaper. Again, no business wants bad publicity.

Are you, or the permanent teachers, members of a union? If so, this is definitely a matter for the union to look into. And if you all unite against her, she can't do anything. There is no way she can fire her entire teaching staff, and if she did, you would definitely have a case for the courts.

Well if I was you, I would bring a cell phone (or some other small tapeing device into the picture and tape all the problems on video. Then make a complaint, and show the tape to them, and to the world ..such as youtube or the local media.
Once EVERYBODY sees it, im sure your problem will be solved VERY quickly!!
Just an Idea for you to ponder.
Good luck

In Karnataka, there are some private TV channels conducting programes which brings awareness about the happenings of crimes. In fact most of the cases are very much similar to your cases. These programmes are conducted by the reputed crime journalists. I can quote few popular programmes viz Crime Diary ( relayed by E Tv ) and Crime Story (relayed by Udaya TV).
Hence I would suggest you to approach the Private TV channels, they will certainly expose these kind of harresments and tourtures.

Good Luck
