find the video on youtube...then look for an instructional movie on downloading youtube vids. theres plenty of them that show you how to do that. the only problem with that is when i went to download it it was in FLV form so you can only play it on the FLV player (but that can easily be downloaded)
or you can download a screen recorder.

download the file sharing program ares or limewire.
they are basically the same thing.
its completely free, and you can get unlimited songs with pretty fast downloads.
its also simple to learn to use the program.
