You are thinking about work too much when you leave the office. Stop thinking about your work issues the second you walk out the door.

Finish off your work before you leave your place of employment. Place all items to do with work away, out of view. Have a shower or bath as soon as you get home and put on fresh clothes that are suitable to being at home (not work). Do some activity like exercise or a hobby i.e. make youself busy with home things.

you know, a few years ago I had this same thing happen! It was just too creepy! I tried to find the "cure", but couldn't, until I realized that the answer was simple! dreaming is the mind (and body's) way of disposing of "excess" stress we accumulate throughout the day=hence...my stress was totally revolving around my workplace....and....duh! Im working too hard...too much! I took a week off.....DESPITE the fact that I really couldnt afford to....and you know? I stopped dreaming about it!

Get a hobby or do something so that you're experiencing life events other than work. Then your dreams will diversify.

this type of dream nearly always connects with your work activities, ambitions or actual work environment and situation.
it could also signify your attempts to change a situation or create something.

Sounds more like a nightmare! Try watching a favorite show or listen to music while going to sleep.

How do you mean back at work? Have you stopped working, or do you mean you are back after an eight hour day? I think your question needs clarification.
