You can ask him where he got divorced and then get on line and go to the Public records of that county and to a search and it will be in there and it will show you everything you want to know including if he has ever been to court for anything else.

It is very simple. Find out the date he was divorced and the city that he was divorced in. Go to the court house in that city and it will be on record it is public anyone can go look it up. Good luck and hope he is telling you the truth.

You should trust him. If you are already having trust issues you may need to look closer at what kind of relationship you want. If he is in fact divorced, it should be on record in the Clerk of Court office.
