I am dismayed. The first respondent is a time-waster and the second is totally in the debt of both authors and yet none of you can raise any enthusiasm whatsoever. Are you the un-dead or what?

no, they are two completely different authors, only thing in common is that they both are not with us anymore.

No, he isn't mentioned in Lovecraft's Will whatsoever.
