Don't know the exact price, but I do know that the roofing is one of the most expensive parts of the house

Hi UK builder here, when you say roof that could be just re-slate or re-tile, but are the lats/ battens OK, what about the felt, roof vents or top-hats around flues etc. Then the scaffold this is around a £1000+, materials upwards from £1500+, then labour from £1200+. With new health and safety legislation all roofing work went up by 25% due to height restrictions, training and insurance. So minimum would be about £3700, and that's without any extra complications.

Get some estimates from reputable roofing companies, scaffolding is alllways one of the big costs on this job. certainly make sure you get a reputable company, the last thing you want is a cowboy outfit on your roof.if its not done properly, it will cost you a lot of money to have it put right. I allways think the roof is the most important part of the house. I had fitted wardrobes across one wall of a bedroom, which cost me £2000, a new roof on my house cost £4000, cheap in comparison

when you say a complete new roof ..you dont give any info like ..is it hipped ..do you mean new rafters and perlins ..or just new felt battens and tiles etc the more info you give the better the answer ..but you will pay between 4000 to 7000

well i recently had my roof done and it cost me R75000 for the roof excluding instalation,that was a further R15000

two years ago I had an end terrace house done for 2 and half thousand
it was done over a week end
wait for a roofer in your area to be working then approach them they may do it cheaper

I would need to know exactly how much square feet you have to actually give you my quotes. but lets say this. ON an average house OI would charge $2,500.00 thats everything. andI'm taliing average like about 1,400 sq ft

around £3500 pound including materials best getting it done professionally though through reputation i know a couple of people
