Do you get presents from your husbands, boyfriends, brothers?

OK! I live in Bosnia. It's something that we kept after the communism. But the thing is that women get presents, mostly from men and mostly roses. A little sign of attention, nothing more. And it reminds us both of women's rights, too.

Rather than celebrating it, we must think of the downtrodden, exploited, uneducated, poor, unfortunate women in this world and try to do something for them. I think education brings empowerment. Do you agree?

No presents. International Women's Day is a day to recognise and inspire women around the world.

No I don't, but because I celebrate being a woman every day threw ups and downs, I know we are very blessed as woman. We have the children of the earth and are very strong and have many responsibilities and still manage year after year.

this sounds nice but know we don't celebrate the8th but mothers day is next Sunday the18th perhaps our loved ones will give us flowers and chocolates then to let us know how much they appreciate us but other than that unless there romantic and treat us through the year we only get presents birthdays Christmas or anniversaries .
