Is this affiliate of international lottery organization ??, because it' say that I 'am the 2nd winner...is it reality or victim ??

It's another way to get your personal information for a scam,use your common sense and you would know that no body gives away a large amounts of money but in
order to claim the money,you must send a check to pay for processing fees ?????
Be very careful.

SCAM!!!! think about it....did you fill out anything and enter.....if NO, then it is an attempt to gain any personal information about you, probably to rip you off financially (bank account/credit cards etc) or Identity theft (where they use your identity for who knows what).......ESPECIALLY coming in your email.....I got one from some bogus thing in the UK....I never entered anything....so be very cautious. Rule of thumb, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is......Scam!!!
