I think it means your too nice and you will try to help everyone. You show your feelings to everyone and even if someone does you wrong you will still be there for them if they need you. I'm told this all the time too.

i say that alot! it means that you are an emotional person who lets her emotions show! when i am sad i am not afraid to cry,when i am in a really good mood i am not afraid to be goofy and laugh out loud! i am a sensitive person and i am not afraid to where my heart on my sleeve!!! i outwardly show my emotions!
