i filled my car up at somerfield petrol station ,my car needed to be repaired because of the fuel,it cost me £150 and i need a new oxygen sensor which is £200 and i cant find an address to complain to.

Why don't you listen to the news? all drivers affected were advised to keep their receipts and contact the seller of the fuel to arrange compensation/repair.

Same as any other faulty goods - the people who sold it to you. Firstly go to your local Somerfields and try and keep it local. Ask nicely, just like you would in any other shop. If no joy, ask for the company's registered address - they CAN'T refuse. (It may also be posted on a sign somewhere.)

Then it's a case of going through the usual procedure - first ask them nicely, then ask them not-so-nicely, then sue. Good luck.

Go to the Somerfield customer service desk, or if a small branch see the manager.
