You may have a hair (pubic) follicle clogged. It can happen anywhere to anyone no mattter age, hygeine, or sexuality. They just get clogged and you need to clear it up. Go see your gyno for some help to confirm it, before you treat it as this and it may be something totally different. Like the other person said, you might have gotten something from a dirty toilet seat or anything really anymore.

Probably a dirty toilet seat or germy hands. When you use the restroom in a public place always use some tissue for the doorknob when you are leaving. I would go see the doctor though.

It could be and most likely is an infection and doe not have to do anything with your hygiene or sexual experience.
You should consult a doctor and take care of it immediately.
