There are several online tutorials for microsoft excel. some are really good, and some are so so. Here is a few i have found

I think your better off going to a library and finding them, that way you can go through a whole book from beginning to end. Just grabbing tutorials online your probably going to only find certain tutorials and you will never know if your missing anything that you may need. Whereas a book specifically written to teach it will take you from the start to more advanced, and will not miss any important info you need.

if you dont mind paying.. and if you want to have hands on training online at ur convienence, you can try this site www.excelgoodies.com . they provide online excel training. may be you can give them a try. i would suggest you to request them for a demo before u take up a course to get urself convinced about the quality of the training.
