Judging by the divided opinion regarding this badge would you be happier if Yahoo made this an optional addition to your avatar once you had reached this dizzy height.

I doubt it really matters, it's kool for those that got it cos they can have their little ego boost for few mins, but seriously, not that many people care about getting points, they're just here to have fun, and the points don't even give you anything so why worry about them. It doesn't bother me that i don't have a badge, but it wouldn't make any difference if i did either

It has no value for me, and as regards the whole new beta option, this new feature is somewhat redundant.
I could always track people before, just by saving their profile as a bookmark.
Plus, this new feature would just be one more way for the trolls to target people.
I don't need it.

I think it would be better if there was a 'Worst Contributor' tag as well, for people who are always super lame or offensive. Or just morons. lol
I feel like there should have been some kind of application/acceptance process about the tags.

Optional would de-value it. However I would prefer not to have it at all.

I don't mind it too much...I just we had the option of the color....too much orange!....not one of my fave colors...
Also should give us the option of sizing it....or putting it where we want on our info area.....instead of on our avatar..maybe in our about me section....

As I just answered another ?er....I'd rather have a t-shirt or a coffee mug. It doesn't bother me enough to complain about it.
