This is a wierd un. Apparently the whole universe and everything in it might be a program made of two things which get together, spawn/divide, repeat.
So if all of this is a computer program, then what is outside of it? Can we break out? If so, how? Would you want to even?

First you need to become aware that existance is just an illusion. Once you are aware start reminding yourself of it when ever you start to forget.

Eventually it just starts to fall apart and you realize that you are just consciousness floating in an impenetrable blackness.

After that you can return to the illusion any time you wish just by concentrating on what it felt like to be here.

You don't really miss it that much that you want to return all that often.

Love and blessings Don

Bugger "The Matrix", it's superficial and doesn't even scratch the surface of this conundrum.
Watch TRON, a film of the 80's wherein the inhabitants of a compute game in 'cyberspace' beleive that "Users" are gods. You get to see both sides of this equation.

There have been quite a lot of Sci Fi books written with this idea as a theme. You should also read Terry Pratchett's "The Science of Discworld" which postlates a very interesting scenario that Our Universe is a creation by the inhabitants of Their Universe.

Be quiet while you're researching this or you'll wake up God and when He stops dreaming we'll all be "gonners".

The earths atmosphere protects us against harmful rays as you have agreed, this is mentioned: and we have created the earh a bed with shining lamps(stars) and sun. and we have protected the earth (atmopshere) against meteors etc.

Now we can never break anywhere, i tell you why: We havn't even discovered much on our own planet so how can we go elsewhere.

The univers i vere expanding(god also says this), now bottom line is:

I have done programimg, its based on logic right, but thats based on the human brain, the earths existnece and other things arnt based ion man made stuff!

I wouldnt wnat to trans gress or break out, i awould just want to find the purpose of life,

And visit the amazon and persia etc.

history my friend, read history. Visit: egypt, river nile, Greece, etc and meet people from every religion and social background possible, its the best thing available in life. No individual can say he ha s true belief or the best way of life, untill he has travelled or talked to many people(use yoru resources) as far as knowledge is concerned: imagination is more important than knoweldge(who said that?, the greatest physician of time): albert einstein, agreat jewish german man. I love his books etc

By definition, if absolutely everything were a computer program, I could not break out of it. However, this state of affairs would raise some serious problems as to what a computer program was: a computer program only makes sense if its results are interpreted as part of a wider world, and if the whole of existence were a computer program there would be nothing else to interpet its results

If by all of existence you mean everyhting in our universe, to break out of it I would need some way of escaping to another universe. Nobodiy knows of such a way, so to succeed I would have to find one. Perhaps it would be my bodily existence that was part of the program, and my mental existence could escape..

Nice one, again, Don.

My version of the answer to this is that it is......one big computer-like program, the computer is quantum, and the code is very simple, to create all possible combinations of experience.

Lord Khrisna said that ( I paraphrase a little ) that once one has realised the truth, then just stop........

I believe that this is basically true, and in accord with Don H. then one can choose whether to partake further of this illusion or not.

Sounds freakly, but doesn't it ever strike you how really insane so-called 'Reality' is ?

This usually occurs for 2 causes: a million. Too many human beings posting straight away 2. Updating code on the region If it is going on for a lengthy time period, you are able to hunt round and see in case you'll discover the adjustments/updates that they are making.

My guess is, we're stuck in a loop. One theory suggests that the reason Hindus attach so much importance to bathing in the holy river (the Ganges) is because there has already been a global nuclear war. It's a brave man who can say that this is categorically not true.

If you liken existence to a computer program, then the program must contain all possible results, because how can anything exist outside of existence? How could one 'break out' of existence? How about exploring possibilities instead...

If you asked Plato he would say, you would have to be a philosopher to understand that you were in shackles and therefore, everything you see and feel is not real and you simply need to find where the 'light' is coming from to know the truth and break out.

I will use a disassembler or a program debugger to introduce
a favourable flaw. No computer program is fool proof.
