I found out i was pregnant about 2 weeks after i concieved and there was no difference in my stomach functions. I still ate the same amount of food that i always did. It was later in the pregnancy that certain foods tasted better to me than others, but i never really had what i would call cravings, and i still only ate the same portions i ate pre-pregnancy. perhaps you just notice your stomach growling more because you are aware of a pregnancy.

I found out when I was just a little bit over 2 weeks. Nothing different in my stomach but in general I felt different.

No, but I could chug a bottle of strawberry Quik in seconds. White milk, on the other hand, came right back up. And smells made me sick...that's when I knew to take the test.

When I found out I was pregnant my stomach didn't growl....it cranked....and wrenched...and heaved.Morning sickness should be outlawed, fortunately it doesn't last very long....at least in my case.As far as growling....maybe it's telling you that your body needs nourishment...for two.

Yes it did and I had terrible wind. These are not nice things but are all normal. Good luck with the baby.
