Not too much. 17 years is a long time for such a supposed minor issue. Why could he have not resolved these tickets before January 2007, they were issued between 1988-1991. I guess he was too busy partying at that time.

What do we think of a Vice-President that took SIX deferments from Vietnam but sends multiple soldiers over to IRAQ for MULTIPLE TOURS of duty in the same TWO Years.
