hit ctrl + shift + c at the same time to bring up cheat bar. Type in Aging off. Then none of the sims will grow past current state. Type Aging on to turn it back on

Press CTRL + SHIFT + C to access the cheat window, then enter the following:
aging off
then once you want them to age again type aging on, hope this helps

hold ctrl+shift+c and then type aging off
and also drinking elixir of life can give you additional 2 days to your sim's life..

Go to Settings, and stop the time.
Or you can make them continuously take that Green potion thing which can be bought from their Aspirations points. This will make them 3 days younger.

the cheat menu is: ctrl-shift-c, then type in: aging off. when you want aging back on just go back to the cheat menu and type: aging on.
