There is a scandel brewing in Texas of long known and ignored sex abuse in homes for wayward pre-teen and teen age boys in Texas. This is said to have been going on for quite a while. Did Tom Delay and/or George W. Bush, when he was Governor of Texas, know about it?

Yes, they both knew all about it, and covered it up because they liked the grooming that was going on there.

Very unlikely they knew anything about it. Why would it have reached that level? Very unlikely they would have ignored it if they knew. If you dislike DeLay and Bush, you can think they would have acted solely for political gain. If you support them, you can think they would have acted for moral reasons. It is not possible for a President or Governor or Congressperson to know everything going on in criminal matters in their state.
