You will show and people will be able to tell you are pregnant my daughter is overweight and you could tell she was pregnant at 16 weeks even people she didn't know ask her when she was due so don't let anyone fool you I have seen skinny girls that didn't look pregnant.

I'm 5'7' and before I got pregnant I was also over weight. By a little more then you are. I am 22 weeks pregnant and I have a preggo belly. I started wearing maternity clothes at nine weeks but I didn't look pregnant until about 16 weeks. It just depends on how your are built and carry your weight. I attached a pic I took last week. Congrats on your pregnancy!

When I was pregnant with my 2nd child no one knew. I was overweight and didn't show at all. I'd tell people I was due in a week and they didn't believe me. These were people I knew!!! They only believed me when I brought my son home. So it is possible to go the whole 9 mnths and not show.

Try not to gain too much weight and do a lot of walking. You can always tell a pregnant belly, at least I could. You won't see it right away but by the second trimester when your belly starts to harden, you will notice it. Don't worry too much about that and try to eat healthy for you and your baby. Good luck, hon.

It may take a little longer to be noticably pregnant though. On a thin woman the bump would stand out more, but a bit of padding will conceal it.
By around six months there'll be no hiding it - that's when I suddenly popped out with mine anyway.
I wish you all the best for a healthy pregnancy =D

It all depends on where you carry your weight as to when you will show. On the whole, plus size gals DO tend to show later, but that doesn't mean that you will never show at all! I'm about 80-90lbs overweight and people who knew me could see at 14 weeks. People who didn't know me could tell around 20 weeks. Ignore the other people who are saying you will never show, you WILL - trust me.

At first you will look like your getting fatter...just like everyone else does! You will start to "show" a little later than a really thin woman but you will show.
Congrats and Good Luck!

You will definitely gain weight, unless you start doing something right now. Being 45 LBs cannot be healthy for you OR your baby. Regardless, at about 5 months, you will start to look preagnant (not just fat)
