Are your sure it was an accident?Did This happen to you?I would say something.If it wasn't on purpose they would be embrassed and wouldn't it to happen again.

Yes, I would say something in a tactful way in order to prevent further embarrassment. I would want someone to do that for me.

it's embarassing when they realise you've seen it.
just take your eyes away and pretend you haven't.
later they will realise on their own. and they may be comforted by the fact that maybe you didn't see it or you would have said something!
but if someone's zip is open, tell them!

If it is a friend tell them, If mine was i would expect my friends to tell me rather than walking around with them hanging out.

Yes, I would want someone to tell me so YES I would mention it to them...like "you might wanna check your girls" or "excuse me but your garage door is open"...

yes, and i have several times both i'd hate for someone not to tell me.
