if your doctor doesn't know about the swelling or you were not having swelling the last time you were at his office, you need to let the doctor know - & you definitely need more lying down.
more, more, more lying down with legs elevated - wish I could underline more. get lots of rest. watch salt intake and diet, and drink enough water.
less sitting for extended periods. lots of rest!
let your doctor know that you're not sleeping.

If this swelling just happened go to the doctor. Call your doctor and let them know that you forgot to ask a few days ago. And if you feel any vision changes, dizziness, or just a weird feeling go to the hospital.

You could have Toxemia. It really is a common thing in your last weeks of pregnancy. It can make you pretty uncomfortable.

i had that it was preeclampsia and went into hellp syndrome.my kidneys and liver started shutting down on me ..they had to take the baby at 37 weeks,so if i was you i would go back to your dr and insist somethings wrong my dr didnt listen to me and now my baby is really sick

you just need to keep your lower extremities elevated . call your ob-gyn and tell him about all the edema your having. also limit the salt intake may help.

this is not normal but can happen in late pregnancy it can be astaring PET you have to check your urine analysis for albumin and again check your bp asit can started suddenly
