A question for the really old farts (& the fartesses): Do you think a remake of "On The Beach" would generate

some of the same emotions that the original did in 1959, or have we become harden to the possibilities?

On The Beach was okay in its time, but we wouldn't want to hear Cliff Richard singing it again.
