In global terms, almost certainly not. You have access to the internet on a computer, which almost certainly places you in the top 10% of the world's population for wealth.

This is very much a relative term. You may be wealthy to many of the worlds poorest people, you are probably not malnurished etc, you have access to a computer, you are educated etc. However you may feel poor if all your peers have more then you.

The answer is up to you. Do you feel poor? If so why? and what can you do to resolve it? Life is full of oppertunities, you have to take them!

first you can read and write
This means you are better than 80% of the people
and you have access to a PC and internet, this means that you belong to the very rich 10% elite of the world.
If you happen to own the computer you are using a car and a decent house, then you can consider yourself lucky for belonging to the top 5 % of the world.

It depends on your definition of poor. I would say that since you obviously have access to the Internet, you are not poor. There are millions of people in the world who do not have that!
