Are you having stomach pains, or just some cramping? If it really hurts then you should definitely go and see a doctor straight away.
However, some cramping in early pregnancy is very common and can just be due to ligaments stretching.
Ectopic pregnancies tend to give symptoms of pain on one side which can radiate to the shoulder.
Lightheadedness is very common in early pregnancy as is some bleeding. However, you should get it checked out.

u need 2 go doc's. i had the same things ur talking about, just not the blood loss, and i was rushed in for a scan because (1) i went to the docs compalining of stomach aches n it turned out i was pregnant and (2) the figured i was about 15 weeks (whoops) and it could have been eptopic. apparently it now depends on 'how' eptopic u are as to whether or not you'd have to terminate your pregnancy. my aunt had one years ago n back then u dnt have a choice, now its how far up the tube the eggs decided to implant itself as to whether ur just high risk or have to end it.
good luck, n if they give u an appointment for 2moza tell 'em 2 stuff it n go hospital. u need this sorted 2day babes

I suffered an ectopic pregnancy 3 weeks ago and very nearly died, got to hospital and get checked out if you are worried, it will put your mind at rest. I hope it all works out for you, I really do. Good luck

You have to go to the Doctor straightaway, ectopic pregnancies are really dangerous and you can be endangering your own life. Make an appointment ASAP.

GO TO A&E !
get it checked out as soon as possible, you could be risking your life the longer you leave it.
Sad to say you could also be miscarrying, in which case i would still go to A&E so you can be seen as you will need to get checked out to rule out ectopic pregnancy.

Go to the Dr or midwife it doen't necessarily mean you have a ectopic but it sounds like you need proper assesment at hospital.
Hope all is well.

Get to an A+E department now, hopefully it won't be but if it is you may need surgery or call NHS direct. Or contact your midwife asap all the best.
