Yes-------Annie, he was funny in Are you being served, wasn't he? unfortunately, his form of "camp" humour is no more, we have to put up with the likes of Graham Norton, and his in your face, course humour!

That totally sucks! I'm from the US, and I've always loved "Are You Being Served?". In fact, a friend of mine had the chance to meet him over 10 years ago. When she was getting her picture taken with him, she said, "I'm afraid I'm not very photogenic." John then smiled and said, "I'm sure you'll do just fine!" They then smiled for the camera. May you rest in peace, John Inman!

This will Wendy Richards aka Pauline Fowler (late Eastenders) a real reason to cry now. Wendy starred with Molly sugden and John Inman 'Are you Being Served' John was so camp in the series whilst enjoying a big following from the gay community and became a gay icon. He was a really kind and good man and may he rest in peace.
