Legally they can take up to 20% for 13 paychecks. After 13 paychecks they have to get a court order to be allowed more. If you want you can fill out what is called a discloser form. You can pick these up at any clerk of court office or your employer's accountant. If done prperly you could stop the garnishment unles if it's child suport or alamony.

My religion takes 75% of my salary,I don't need much to live.Whatever I need,the elders supply,Well,Only after a rigorous application process.And only then,they grant my wants,If it is passed by all 13 elders.If we are really good,They some times allow us to watch a DVD,That they supply,After they clear it by the community rules.I'm so happy today,It's my 5 minute turn on the computer.OK bye bye.

20% i think depends on how much you owe and who ive heard centre link can do up to 60%
