from where can I find tutorials for learning the complex yahoo! answers and how many years will it take?

It is an ongoing process, my dear fellow. They keep changing the Beta and how its works. If you have ever noticed, there are times when you can't vote on questions, star a question or thumbs up a question, that is when they are re-vamping. You can usually expect some NEW and IMPROVED development to follow and it changes so that we all have to learn anew. The only thing that carries over are the points. The only thing I do know is that the TOS and the CG haven't really changed. They are working hard at decreasing point-gaming, troll intrusion and spamming. I think it became way bigger than they expected it to be and they have a limited staff that is not as all knowing and all seeing as we would like it to be. I gave you the link for community guidelines, though I am sure you already are familiar with them. That may give you an idea about the 'system' but not much about the enhancements. For that, you just look up at the top of the page and there is a small 'blog' that you can click on that provides a link you Yahoo's 360. They are pretty good about telling people what is going on through there.

There's a handy little tome entitled "The Idiots Guide to Being Opinionated, Arrogant and Very Often Wrong".

they change the rules daily for P/S some days they are too busy to bother with us....

other days they sit violating and deleting any and all of us JUST FOR GP'S
