...My sister in law rec'd a phone call from her son while she was shopping. She immediately rushed home and waited until her husband/the father left for work and then she packed and fled with all three of her children to drive 19 hours across country to stay with family. The father then arrived six hrs later to find her and the children. But, what she failed to do was to protect his future. There is no Dr record or police report of filed. "Evil triumphs when good men do nothing."

If a child is being abused by anyone, and it is observed by someone,...it is their business! If someone stands by without reporting is as much a part f the problem as the abuser.
They must make certain it is considered abuse in that state first.
When rprting it, be clear, have wirtten record of all known reports.Refrain from cursing, name calling ect... DO NOT wait til it is over before calling! Calling 911 during the incident is a legal proof if the sounds are recorded by them. If mom is allowing him to chase them down, then go back to his control,... she needs help and is only adding to the problem. So often folk say it aint their business to get involved, or just rationalize it. So many do not even pay attention. Then a child ends up dead or wishing they were.
The childs welfare is #1.

You must report the abuse. Child abuse is everyone's business and failing to do nothing is unacceptable.
