There really isn't a "safe" time to have unprotected sex, you can get pregnant every time you have sex. But, the least likely time to get pregnant during sex would be from the 8th till one week before your next period. I can't give an exact date because I don't know how long your mensus lasts for.

The best way to not get pregnant aside from not having sex is to use a form of birth control. You should avoid having sex a couple of days before and after ovulation (12-16 days before menstruation) because this is when a woman is most fertile.

Believe me there are no safe periods to aviod getting preganant!!! You need to use contaceptives and be very careful because pergnancy is not the only thing you need to worry about.

well i am agree...you cannot be sure of not getting pregnant(amazing how many people doesnt know how to spell this word).
You should always use protection...otherwise its a big risk to take.

If you google ovulation calander then click on the second link. You can download a calander that tells you everyday if you're likely to get pregnant on that day or not.

if ur periods last to 5days ur ovulation days will be from 14th to 20th March so this duartion u r not safe so ur safe days will be from 21st onwards all the best!

10 days after your period you ovulate which is the best time to get pregnant, but if you use a condom or birth cntrol you shouldnt have to worry about getting pregnant at all

ovules mature only between 12th day and 16th day of your menstual cycle,use protection on these dates but mind you no protection is 100% safe,its only that the chances are less,,,,,,,,,,,,,have a lovely time
