I need to find or create a spreadsheet schedule in excel for different times of the day for many different people. Can anyone help?

Create a new spreadsheet,You have sheet1.2.3
Right click on sheet 1 to rename.2,3 etc.
right click on sheet 1 ,enter create new worksheet and a new sheet will come up ,rught click and rename.
You can create as many for all the diff people/

I would look on the microsoft website, they have a large number of office templates, one of which will almost certainly do this for you

Have you tried Microsoft Works? I was just looking in there and they do have templates for this sort of thing.
