I wash mine in the washing machine - look at your settings - if there is a setting for "delicates" or "woolens" - this will do, don't set the temperature too hot: 30 C maximum. If you don't have the above settings - then you must have some settings which says "drain, no spin" - put in on this. When taking out of the machine - carefully squize the water out: if the item is too delicate - wrap it in a towel and then squize the water out. Then lay it on the towel on the flat surface and let it dry (you may need to turn it once to dry other side

if you want no shrinkage, hand wash in cold water, with mild soap, lay out flat, shape and let dry
