no, apparently goldberg has a monster.
pro athletes(who need physical strength) often use steroids constantly or in the off season when training, and steriods is known to cause shrinking of the testes.
Otherwise, the size is genetic.

Typically if a guy is muscular is junk is bigger around, but not longer. To where a skinny/light muscle guy wouldnt be big around but would longer than the muscular guy.

an age old myth. Steroids shrink TESTICLES, not the penis. After a cycle of roids, the testicles will actually get larger than normal before returning to normal.
