i am having lower back pain mild but there really bad acied reflex and i got sick a few time becouse of the acied. baby has been really low for just over a month. i have lost my some of my mucus plug a few weeks ago. the doctors told me last sat that i was 1cm diolated and 1cm thined. could this be a sign of labor.

I would say yes you are definitely in labor!! Have you been to the hospital to get checked out? It sounds like you are in the early stages of labour so it could take a while yet.
Nicole, phone the hospital or the doctors because if you feel the need to do #2 then you may be futher on than you think

It could be, but the back pain could also be from where the baby sits. I would start paying close attention to my body. When you start feeling your uterus tightening every 10 minutes or less call your doctor and when they come about every 5 minutes go to the hospital.

its getting close try walking around if the pain gets wrose then you need to time it do you feel presure in your crotch feel the need to pee allot ?
