no, they do not.
concrete and steel buildings collapse at free fall speed only if there is a implosion involved, or a controlled explosion with explosives at every level of the building. In case of fire however it may take hours before the building will show signs of falling down, because the steel has to get to a certain temperature to start to melt, and still after melting the building will not collapse at free fall speed

You need to research how the buildings were engineered. The construction technique used in the towers was part of the problem. Most building incorporate a rigid outer frame for stability, but due to the height of the towers a central group of columns was used with an outer ring of stabilizer columns. This allowed the building to sway in the wind and still be stable, a major flaw is that an impact to the outer column ring shifts the weight of the building to the undamaged columns. When this happened they quickly exceeded their structural limits, as one floor collapse onto the one bellow it created the same imbalance to that structure which collapsed under the unequal weight also. This would look very similar to controlled destruction except in one manner, in demolition the building collapses from the bottom up it the towers it was from the top down, a dead give away that it was not explosives or man made.

Almost never. The WTC was an exception because of the enormous heat generated by the large quantity of aviation fuel.
The WTC was a steel framed building. A reinforced concrete building might be different because concrete is more resistant to heat.

Yes it is called fire and stress... if you burn a structure at the bottom the weight is going to cause it to fall in on it's self. that's what happened to WTC7. the fact that 2 giant buildings came crashing down next to it does not help the structural integrity of a building.
Why do you feel compelled to keep asking questions like this?
do you think that by changing your avatar and name constantly people aren't going to figure out it's you jazmine/furbie/bob/Nancy/ who ever you come up with next?
look the only people who always agree with you are the same drones who ask the same ignorant questions or are the avatars you create every one else int h world is start enough to know the truth.
Or do you think if you say it long enough it will become true? Because I hate to break it o you it won't.

Please tell us, what makes a building fall at free fall speed ?
Do all buildings brought down with demolition charges fall at free fall speed ?
Is there any evidence or reports that would back up that buildings brought down by demolition charges fall at free fall speed?
Just how long should a building take top collapse ?
Again, any evidence or reports to show building collapse times ?
So before you start saying something is wrong about the speed a building fell, maybe you should provide proof that it was not normal building collapse speed.

Depending on the weight above as it falls on to the new floor...in the case of the Towers...yes...sorry not the answer you are looking for...but I was there...there were no IMPLOSIONS.......the only thing imploding is the conspiracy theory...as far as WTC 7 that was just plain ole fire...and that did not fall at free fall speed that took much longer...

The heat from the fires were so hot and intense that it softened the steel support structures that were holding up the floors...That's why it collapsed like it did - pancaked, one on top of the other.
