When brains were distributed some lined up again, others were in the looks department, alot of men in the downstairs department and others were still in the hearing section so they missed the announcement....

the obvious answer is genetics and upbringing, education. now what most people don't know is that stupidness rubs off! so if a smart person spends a lot of time around stupid people, it will lessen their smart a little bit, and they they rub that off on a already stupid person, and then it's just a never ending cycle. same for rubbing off smarts, it's just that some are so infected with stupid, that they could live with a smart person and it would have no effect. same with smart people being too smart, and stupid can't fix them. lol.

why are some people whiter than others? Why are some people taller than others? Why are some people luckier than others? These kinds of questions are rhetorical, because there is no actual answer. I must agree that it depends on genetics, environment and education, but it is most of all something that you can't change.

They were born this way. It's the same with some people being prettier than the others.
Smart people have more connections in between their neurons that the less smart people. One can't change it.

because if everyone was smart, no one will have different distinguishing characteristics and uniqueness. if we don't have that, there will be no problems, challenges therefore no life at all...
