Some girls do. You just have to be careful, it's easy to spread infections that way, because it involves a lot of tearing, it's not meant for sex, like the vagina(which because it is, is made of different muscles, and releases lubrication). Just because there is no risk of pregnancy, doesn't mean you shouldn't use a condom. So if you do have anal sex, use a condom, and lots of lubrication, because seriously, would you like someone sticking a 5-7 inch object up your ***, without any kind of lube?
