Something flexible that looks nice. If you don' thave the trousers, wear a skirt or something.

It is interesting how dress codes vary from school to school. A couple of weeks ago I was teaching in a school that allowed for denim shorts and sneakers. Today I was in a school that required nice shirt and tie.

I've even been in a school that required a tie in 30 C (90F) days! Although I cheated and took my tie off!

Well, for one, if you have no trousers that are not jeans or track pants, you have no choice at this point but to buy some. It's ok to wear skirts I believe as long as they are not higher then the knee. Think of people you would see working in a bank I suppose would be a good thing to start out thinking. If you are really unsure, try asking the principal/superintendent of the school, I'm sure most of them are friendly and willing to pass on some information about what is appropriate to teachers who are going to working under them.

Buy some casual pants and sweaters or button up cotton shirts. Good low-heel shoes. Time to invest in your work wardrobe. You don't want to go in looking unprofessional your first day.

You already know you'll be getting a workout with primary school kids so I wouldn't go putting on a skirt or anything you can't freely move about in comfortably.

You'll have to go out and buy an outfit

OR

You could wear a casual knee-length skirt that you may have with dress shoes and a casual, fashionable, slightly dressy dressy top.

i think you should buy a black and a grey/brown throuser, and a long (or at least knee length) black skirt. there are some cheap but good locking ones at oldnavy .com in the moment (you can even online shop for them) . moreover buy at least 3 decent looking knitted sweaters and a few roll back shirts...

important advice: when you build up your wardrobe try to choose such patterns and colors that match with one another so that you can varie the outfits:) and try to choose items that are high quality. its better to buy a bit more expensive dress that you can wear for a long time, then cheap ones that get ruined after the frist time you wash them (personal experience)...

as far as shoes are concerned i donno what the local dresscode says, i would buy a comfy black leather shoe (preferably not too high heels), if thats too expensive for your, then black, not too colorful sneekers...

good luck whith the shopping:)

i do no longer concepts my newborn being taught by skill of somebody who wears a hijab (muslim headscarf). in spite of each little thing, the college instructor is coaching my newborn ordinary college fundamentals, no longer a faith, in direct relation to the headscarf. consequently I have not have been given any situation with it. If somebody have been to, interior the U. S., it may advise they are not doing their interest, and going against rules with coaching little ones approximately faith. it particularly is the mothers and dads interest to introduce that to the youngster.

Maybe a skirt and top, or a casual dress.
