If your grass needs cutting then go for it!
Just make sure that is not too wet or you will make a mess with your mower! but you should probably lift the blades of you mower so the you are not cutting too low for the first cut!

Too early here by a few days. It will be close to 70 in about a week. Right now, it's upper 20s. Wait, depending on where you are.

It depends where you are, the condition of your lawn "dry or wet" and the weather conditions, if there is going to be frost then is may be an idea to leave it a few more days

If you are in England, you may need to start cutting your lawn, if the ground is not wet give it a go.
I cut my lawn last week ( shropshire )

.ok to cut now, but leave at least 2"long, cut it shorter, any late frost could leave you with Bald patches on the lawn
