i really don know wat to do, i'm scare. it went away fro a while but it has come back again..

If it went away and came back again, chances are it is nothing to worry about.
This doesn't mean that you don't need to go to your doctor asap and get it checked! Even something trivial can become something major if you don't get it sorted straight away.
You know you have to do it.

When your still young you will tend to get lumps because the breast tissue is very thick. And it can be sore. I would go and see a doctor though, as it could be malignant and breast cancer is common under men.

well you know exactly what you need to do go to the doctors silly.
They can tell you if its just a lymph node or gland thats inflamed or if it is something more serious.
age doesnt matter a friend of mine was 16 when she got breast cancer. so go to the doctors.

mate get to the doctor it may be a cist or somthing like that but better safe than sorry in some case men can get breast cancer so get checked out

Hi I really think you should go to your doctors it could just be a swollen/inflamed gland best get it checked out for your own sanity.

It cannot be cancer because you have pain but still it could be some infection and you should go to the doctor and get treated.

in most cases if it hurts it is a cyst, but if it continues to bother you , you should see your doctor
