Yes, moderately sufficient, if your employer is providing you the accommodation. Now days the most expensive and unaffordable thing in Dubai is room rent.

It depends on your life style. Accomadation provided? If yes, that's good. Otherwise it woudn't be possible. What's about transportation?
You can make it but it will be hard.
