NO. There is no possible way for any form of government to be imposed by external forces. If that happens, it is short lived and only remains in power through oppression. Which in itself in contradictory to what democracy is supposed to be. Frankly, I do not know of any true democracies. There are some republics, but the stronger ones have evolved into "corporatocracies" and are not anthropocentric.

I think so. Its an oxymoron to force democracy. If people want a king, the democratic thing to do is to let them have a king.
